Default Small Beef Roast, Back in the Game

I've been battling a bad case of sciatica and it has seriously slowed me down.

I needed some smoke today come hell or high water, so I put a small beef roast on today for sammich deli thin slices during the week. Suckle Busters SPG rub, and smoked over mesquite:

Looks likes some killer slices during the week.

Thanks, Marty.

I cook these beef roasts fairly frequently, and this one is on time.

Great job on the cook, I have two prime tri-tips thawing and going on the smoker Monday. Hope you get some relief from the sciatica sooner than later.

Hang in there, John.

Great lookin' beef, man. Hope you've got the horseradish ready, as those sammiches are going to be excellent!

Roasts looks spot on! Sciatica got me and it was debilitating, to say the least.
Then one morning it was gone. Best of luck.
