Thermapen hands down due to the amount of uses.

..... but I HAVE to give a shout out for large foil pans and insulated gloves!!!

Weber charcoal chimney is about the only thing I use every time. I also have a turkey fryer thermometer I use to monitor kettle temps. Most everything else I use I already have for kitchen use.
