Default Pretzels in the Piglet

Trying something different.

OK I'm not a skilled pretzel maker.

Pre-heating, still cool to the touch.

OK some pretzel rolls.

Overall they tasted great! Like a NYC street pretzel. Next up a loaf bread but tonight the brisket just went in.

in high school, I spent a summer in Germany as an exchange student(school was still in session there). The family I stayed with sent us(me and their son) to school w/packed lunches every day. The main portion was a sandwich that consisted of a small pretzel roll filled w/cured ham and cheese. Your post reminded me of those rolls. Thank you!
