MooCow BBQ Make It Take It Drum Class- March 24th- Belton, Mo

The date has been set for the third installment of the MooCow drum class.(Would make a good Christmas gift from the Wife :-o) The class will be held Saturday March 24th in Belton, Mo. You will make your very own drum, eat good food and get a full days worth of instruction. This is not a competition class but you will learn how to cook competition style ribs, pork and brisket as well as a few other things. The cost for the class is $200 and we require a $100 deposit to hold your seat. We don't do this to make a bunch of money, this is how we help fund our BBQ team. We also use some of the money to build drums or offer seats to our class to non profit groups for fund raising. We could not do this without the help of the Brethren, out of the 28 people who have taken our class at least 15 of them have been Brethren and we appreciate it very much! We also could not do it with out the help of some other brethren who help us out with products(The Slabs, Plowboys, Funny Farm, and Three Brothers Different Mothers just to name a few) Please check out out website or PM for more information.

The class is no longer sold out! We are Moving the class to a indoor facility so we can accommodate a few more people. Our Spring class is usually smaller due to weather concerns but that won't be a problem any longer. We are taking 4 more people if anybody is interested. We have also picked up a few more sponsors for the class and Goodie bags.(Smoke Me BBQ wood & Smoke on Wheels)
