Default Chicken

I'm starting to get the hang of it finally. I used to always have trouble with the skin tearing when I did it on the Weber. I started doing it on my UDS and I'm pretty pleased with the results. Do any of you UDS guys do chicken in yours, or do you use the Weber kettle?
