Hypnotized
Fired the Hunsaker this evening for poor mans burnt ends. Anyone notice how the vortex swirls the smoke like a tornado as it exists the stack. It was mesmerizing to watch. Caught myself staring for over 10 minutes waiting for the white smoke to clear.

I also like to watch the smoke swirl out of my Hunsaker. The poor mans burnt ends look tasty.

Ok so you made me laugh and not taking away from your cook in any way. Just was expecting chuck or pork butt cut up. That does look good indeed. Now my wife wants me to smoke some beans and franks.

It’s hot dogs we had left over from last week. When I said poor mans burnt ends, I meant it. Chuck roast is burnt ends for the middle class!

When I hear "beans and franks", I think of the scene in There's Something About Mary.
