Just picked up our new Peoria Pit. Bought it from another BBQ Brother. Its little over a year old. Here are some quick pics, sorry the garage is a mess but I had to make room quick, pit is a little dirty had to drive it home in some snow and rain but its nice and dry! Now if I could only find that auger and pellet hopper and I'll be set LOL:laugh:

Yup, very nice indeed.

What are the little things that look like brass fittings under each thermometer? I am guessing an eyelet for running probes.

Correct with fitted corks to make it a little more moisture/ dust etc resistant.
 
Yeah Im pretty excited, big change from the pellet smoker, still trying to find the auger and pellet hopper in this damn pit :laugh:
