Pretty lucky to get Chicago dogs here too. I get some Cincinnati chili mix every year for Xmas and corn dogs are my kryptonite!!!

Above and beyond the call of duty boogiesnap!

Hot dogs are a basic food group as far as I'm concerned and I'd tear all of those up like a rabid dog.

Am I seeing things or did you go old school on the New York dog bun? It looks like folded/toasted bread (which I have done many a time).
