My dad likes to come and take my dog from time to time. Well today my wife's dog pissed all over a bunch of my stuff because he got left home!
Well he kept wanting to go out after he came back in, after 20 minutes of this I figured out why!

No he didn't but he got me out side. It was just smoldering so I actually had to walk the 20+ feet to see what he was all excited about.
 
Ok, now I can see it. Before you explained what it was I was just seeing some black plastic or ash. Now I see the hole...yikes :shocked: Give that dog a bone.
 
P.S. I probably have an extra ash pan around here if you would like one :thumb:
 
yep, there is a reason for that pan. dog should get a big rare steak.

I got the kettle 8 years ago when I bought my house as a gift. If was a hand me down and the ash pan was not included... I guess I've been playing with fire for a while now! :becky:
 
I'm glad that it wasn't worse!

You can buy pads to put on a deck under a grill that will stop that from happening.
