Default APL Tri Tip

This was my attempt at making Adam Perry Lang's honey glazed tri tip. I admit that it was rather difficult for such a tasty roast that doesn't need much to begin with. However, I found that some ingredients are worth keeping, like the beef paste and the honey glaze. The tri tip was excellent! Recipe is on Google, but it's better if you buy the book.

That looks great. I thought the same thing when I read his recipe, why go to such great lengths for something that doesn't need that much help? That said, I'm sure it is wonderful as I haven't really cooked any of his recipes that weren't.

Looks delicious King. I have the APL book as well and have found some of the recipes to be very involved, with many steps, but none of them have disappointed yet.
