Picked this up at Trader Joe's frozen marinaded Rack of Lamb.

Put the bakers on first at 375* total time well be 1-hr. on a raised grid.

well put the Rack on when the taters are in 45-min.

Did ya save the rest for me, It looks so good, I could prolly eat the rest of it too. as long as you got enough Ice Cold wine to go with it, I didn't notice any mint jelly to go with it,!!!!

Red wine for this cook, the marinade and seasoning were good I did not need the Mint Jelly

This is too funny. I was looking at that at TJ's yesterday! Now that I know someone who has tried it I may have to get one.
 
I'll bet you silenced that lamb... except for a belch or two. Good job Ross.
