SM Sweet & Spicy on Pork Steaks.....MONEY!

So I was hanging out with my good friend Tim (GreenLeafBBQ) the other night, enjoying a few beverages, and we decided to throw some meat on the pit. This of course included the mandatory pack or two of Johnsonville brats, along with a couple pork steaks. I gotta tell ya, Simply Marvelous Sweet & Spicy was MADE for pork steaks. I coated them very liberally, and put them to the heat.....WOW, talk about a treat. If you have not tried this rub on some seared pork steaks, you are truly missing out on something fantastic.

That would have been amazing, no doubt. We typically roll with just protein consumed off the cutting board by the fire, fries may have been considered a side :heh:
