Our 2nd job in as many weeks was a wedding for 120 with on site cooking and a service line.
Pulled pork, Spare ribs, and chicken with beans, slaw and potato salad.
It was a beautiful setting on the lake...

Except for the fact that this was nearly 200 miles from home, it was a great day, handed out lots of cards, and had a great time!!

Very nice! I suppose it's safe to assume you didn't boil those ribs?

I love the presentation!

Great looking gig Bubba. Not that it is an indication of the food. But look at the face on the young lady. I have seen that look from my daughter "Thats what we have to eat? I want m Donalds"

Thanks guys, Spydermike picked up this gig, he should be adding pics shortly!

Great set up - Very professional and clean. I'm sure everyone enjoyed it. Get ready for those catering calls!

Looks great - I like the way you have the lids propped up - is there some sort of rack on the side?

Nice setup.....congrats:biggrin:

Looks great guys.8) Congrat's on your new endeavors!!

Wow youy guys look very professional. It appear that more wedding are serving bbq Instead of bake chicken.

Looks awesome Steve!:eusa_clap:eusa_clap

Love the set up.
Are all the chafing dishes yours or did you guys rent them or something?

I'm starting up a Personal Chef/Catering LLC with a friend and I'm taking notes.
Big Brother Smoke has some really nice set up too.

We just got our tax ID number and are getting all the legal stuff arranged.
Gonna talk with Mike Sunday about some of this stuff.
