Default Buckboard Bacon at Raley's

Looks like the Brethren aren't alone in making Buckboard Bacon. I had to pick up a pack...I'll fry it up this weekend and post pics.

Seems to be working

BOT--I see no reason a commercial BuckBoard Bacon would necessarily be a bad thing.
Should be easy to mass produce with at least reasonable quality.

Dammit. If that catches on there'll be more buckboard bacon produced commercially, resulting in fewer pork butts available to us, resulting in increased demand, resulting in higher retail prices!
