Taking Pulled Pork to a Pot Luck Neighborhood Party
I typically hate to lose control of the sides when I cook for a party, but the neighbors really nailed it this time. I smoked a couple of butts on the drum pit for 30 people. Here is a plate from the party.

Regular beets with goat cheese. It was more like flat bread than pizza. It really worked.
