MushCreek. Where did you get those stainless handles? I have been looking for some that nice, but so far no luck.

I got those handles at McMaster-Carr- a great resource for all sorts of hardware. On my next build, I fabricated some spring handles- also SS. I bought the springs at an online BBQ place- can't remember the name off-hand, and made the rods and brackets. They don't even get warm in use. I've thought about making a few to sell.....
