The chicken and drumsticks were brined for about 24 hours.
Dried the chicken and drumsticks in the Phridge...coated them with olive oil and Dizzy Pig Dizzy Dust.
Mopped them with homemade cherry glaze.

Another tasty-lookin' meal Phubar!! Had some chicken cooked in smoker joe tonight (some taters too)...too lazy to take pics (long work day mod)!!

That is an excellent looking chicken!!! Great color and presentation. How is the Cherry glaze, very sweet?
 
what kind of briquettes are those? they are squarish

For about a hour.


Nice!!!!! What's your opinion on the coconut coals?

The best as far as I know.

I put some chilipowder en cayennepowder in there.
