Default Help with sausage ideas

Looking to make some of my own sausage and really want to incorporate fruit. If anyone has some good ideas or information on what fruits work best that would be great. Thanks for any help.

I just dice them up small after freezing a bit. Easier to work with.

I would think craisins, dried currants, or even dried cherries would be good with pork.
