Spatched chicken for your viewing enjoyment
Alright Farkers. I put the chickens on at 5:45 but I am having trouble getting the temp up to 350. right now its at 308 and creeping up slowly. here is the pron thats required. hope you like it. More will come as progress is made

I always have to prop my door open on the WSM to get the heat much over 310...I use a small S hook, hang on bottom of door opening, put door in upside down. It stays real nice and works great to give additional air flow to bring temps up higher.
CHicken looks good!
