Default What to do with leftover Pastrami???

Make hash of course!
Potatoes, onions, peppers, and... Pastrami!!

Notice the potato to pastrami ratio...

I need a nap now.

I'm afraid I couldn't stop eating that. All of my favorite food groups are in there.

Is there enough fat in pastrami to cook your flour in?

Well that's why I suggested adding some butter. Or alternatively some tallow.

Giggle.. that hash does look super yummy!

Did you cure that pastrami yourself and smoke it? Maybe you can share recipe? I'd love to try making pastrami. I just ordered some Cure #1 for buckboard bacon--I imagine this would work okay for pastrami as well?
