OK, I'll confess.....I normally use a gas grill, but in my defense, I do add some wood chips for some smoke. LOL:icon_blush: (I'm still learning! LOL)

I also must confess that I hate to waste good heat and smoke, so...for example, if I have a pork loin on the grill, cooking indirect, I will probably have a pot of baked beans cooking on the direct heat....and I may even have some tea brewing in there. LOL

...Oh, I also like to cook on a campfire, from time to time.

Careful what building ideas y'all put in my head. One Saturday, I got bored and built a battery charger/generator, out of an old lawnmower and some stuff I had laying around the shop. LOL
