Default Roast beef cook

This is my try at deli type of roast beef.

Using Humphreys lump charcoal with hickory and apple wood chunks.

Have a little 3lb rolled rump roast.

Seasoned with SPOG.

Threw on a 1/2 rack of loin ribs on for supper.

They fit nice in my mini.

Stay tuned.

For a moment there I thought you were going to wrap the ribs around the beef.

Good luck with it the roast beef.

Do you have a meat slicer or do by hand? I usually take mine to this deli I know who slices it for me.
