Check my math please!

We are preparing 60 bbq plates for an event at the end of the month.

I'm thinking we'll need 15 lbs of cooked meat so basically 30 lbs gross, uncooked meat.

We are serving 4 oz per plate (doing pp sammies).

I figured it as 60 plates X 4 oz= 240 oz. 240 oz/16 oz= 15 lbs of cooked meat. Figuring in the shrinkage I'll need roughly 30 lbs of uncooked meat.

Is this correct?
