Brisket sauce?
I never tried sauce on a brisket, don't use sauce to often on anything but I remember a thread from the past about a brisket sauce a guy sells but you have to call or send him the money or something. He was maybe an older guy. Supposed to be really good.
Anyone have clue to what sauce I'm thinking of? Was curious to try. I searched brisket sauce but haven't found yet. Thanks |

It's a Pittsburgh thing (fries dipped in mayo) for sure. Mayo on hot dogs as well. I was born and raised about 15 miles west of Pittsburgh. Folks look at me like I am nuts putting mayo on stuff like that down here.

I should give Dukes a try. Hard to beat Hellmann's. I tried miracle whip once and that was nasty stuff. @Sliding Billy. Yep I put mayo on hot dogs and also love dipping pierogies in mayo. I used it on my corned beefs to make the rub stick better this evening. Probably should have used Dukes for that. I will be smoking some corned beef tomorrow for corned beef and mayo sandwiches. |

Just for information. Dukes and Hellmans are the same thing. Depends on where they are marketed.
