Bigger Smoker for catering?

So right now we compete with Green Eggs. We are plannig to start catering in the spring and really don't plan to use 5 BGE's to do this! I was thinking of this

I assume most folks have a full trailer, but for $4k I don't think this is a bad option...looking for opinions!
