What's up folks I had an oppourtunity to work with the great Chris Rocke at a recent catering event. We fed 300 guests. We served pulled pork, competition chicken, santa maria tri-tip, rancho baked beans, sliced potato salad, cole slaw, summer green salad and cookies. I had a great time and learned a lot.
