What did you put on the moink balls? Rub? Sauce? I'm making some next weekend for the first time, and I'm trying to get as many pointers as I can

:thumb: indirect heat? Just got a kettle this weekend and excited to do new stuff on it!

Rub before they go on the cooker, sauce when the bacon in nice and crispy, then I leave them on another 15 or 20 minutes. I cooked those at 275 degrees for about 90 minutes so they were nice and crisp.

Yes, indirect heat. If you look closely, you'll see that I use a row of firebricks wrapped in foil standing on edge to keep the charcoal on one side while I cook on the other.
