Default Brown sugar slamin salmon

Question, i want to do the brown sugar salmon, but i dont have the time (two hours at best) to soak. ANyone have a quick, good brown sugar salmon recipe? By the way going direct/indirect on a kettle.

We always just put on some rub, put brown sugar over that, let it melt in @room temp for about 1-2 hrs then cook @225 till it flakes or it has that white stuff coming out. We glaze at the end with reduced balsamic vinegar. Its da freakin bomb!
