Default Oklahoma Joe's at Sam's

Any of y'all been to Sam's lately and seen the Oklahoma Joe's smoker they have? I have not, but my Mom wants to buy one for my Dad. She says it's about 700-800 bucks. I am curious what model it is, because I don;t want her to pay 800 if she can get it for 600 elsewhere.

Any help? I don't have a Sam's card anymore.

haven't seen one in any of the locations I've been in lately. Checking the website was no help...but they do carry a Smith & Wesson pellet pooper now...

I haven't seen one either, JudgeT, but I'll look when I go by there next time.

I was in Sam's yesterday and didn't see one. I did take a long look at the commercial 8 burner gas grill though! :D

I saw one the other day, did not get the model number. It is a horizontal smoke area with offset box. It was pretty large. I did not look too closely because if I ever give up the gas, I want a vertical chamber.

It's either a revival of the OK Joes Brand by C/B who now owns that name or they're very old models that have been stuck in a corner somewhere. OK Joes haven't been in production for quite some time.

It's a Traeger, they have two premium models the
Professional and the Executive that carry the Smith and Wesson brand also. These two models have heavier gage lids, legs and casters (as compared to the standard line) and have double wall insulated lower bodies. Very nice rigs but a little pricey for the capacity IMO.
