Default bbq/smoking classes ?

Hi all,

I am looking to take a weekend type bbq/smoking class

i like smoking and figure it would be great to learn from the pros or at least the right way

what are the options and best choices?

This fourm is one of the best learning tools you can have. I beleave everything you need to know and than some can be found here. As for a class i cant help much there im sure someone will chime in with somthing helpful

Amen, to everything you need to know and then some being on this Forum!! The Search feature is your friend!!! I started about 3 years ago....came from the gas world over to Live Fire, and have never looked back. This Forum and these folks on here have been indispensable and so helpful and friendly.

No argument there is an incredible brain trust of knowledge available from the Brethern here but a hands on class will be very helpful as well. Another great source are free videos. If you haven't already watched them, try Aron Franklins as well as BBQ Pit Boys.
