Default Blackened is the end...Pulled Pork

Cooked on the Wsm for 12 hours unwrapped with oak. It sure is dark but I think it’ll be good once it cools down and is pulled.

Looks tastee to me.Tip.When I cook on my WSM I turn the meat a time or two during the cook to decrease the chances of that hard bark.Yours sure does look good.
