Just saying hi to everyone from Lawrence, KS. I just moved here from Massachusetts, and I am starting to get into cooking some real BBQ. I also just got my first pellet cooker (a Dansons-made Fast Eddy pellet grill) which I am very excited about.

Anyway, I've been reading the public parts of this forum for many years, and it has been a really helpful resource. I'm excited to finally join the conversation myself!
