So the catering is rocking and rolling, gigs every weekend through November. I use BWS and the grease can is gettin nasty, what are you guys doing for grease disposal? Any Upstate NYers know of a company or service to contact?

On the west coast people ask for it on craigs list to use as a alternative fuel for converted cars. Hope this helps.

Out here, some cities have recycling programs with grease and oil drop-offs. It turns out they sell the old grease and motor oil and can fund city programs. You might look to recycling centers for a cheap or even free place to get rid of it.

the grease you refer to is "rendered fat" I take mine to the local waste treatment plant or sewer plant.
