The only changes that I'll make will be replacing those wheels with Pneumatic

You'd think for what you pay for one of these they would put some decent wheels on them to begin with! What size pneumatics are adequate? It's a lot like work pushing one of these across gravel!

Once I get it, we'll use the 8" wheels which should make it easy on the curves

8" wheels will raise the cooker by at least 10", maybe more depending on the manufacturer, so be careful that you don't get top heavy. With a full load of pellets my FEC will tip toward the pellet hopper if I'm not careful, and mine was made 4" shorter than stock to fit into a standard cargo trailer. You can find 6" pneumatics that would roll easier than the stock wheels and be safer. Also, look at the foam filled pneumatics. No chance of a flat.

Cool Fec 100

Thanks for the suggestion and I didn't consider the weight of the extra pellets once it's full. So with that being said, I'll look into it next week when I return to the states. OH YEAH...SHE WAS DELIVERED TODAY.... AND HER NAME IS ...Ms. PURDY DELICIOUS, but she has a SMOKING PROBLEM ...... I'll have a test burn next weekend and I'm looking forward to posting pics of the food and our sauce that we're sending out for co-packing.....

Thanks for all of the comments and suggestions.... It's nice to be in a environment where we all love "TO SMOKE"
