Garlic Butter injections are used all the time down here!!! Down South... And one can also make variations to the recipe...Google it and you will see!!! I make my own, but I don't write anything down...I fried two Turkeys tonight that was injected with a Garlic Butter injection Yummie.... Peppa!!!

I inject about 12 oz of creole butter into the turkey breast. Always moist and tasty.

That's all I do unless it's a huge turkey rheum I'll hit the drumstick a little. Meat doesn't really need the extra.

I injected my bird with Butter, honey, maple syrup, chardonnay, simmered with rosemary, thyme, sage, nutmeg, white pepper.
My daughter thought it was great, five people thought it was very good, two people thought it was just ok but still better than plain turkey.
