19 degree brisket
19 degrees out there this morning. Can't think of a better time for a brisket.
Gotta say the Battle Box is well insulated. Rolling along at 250 and still has a little frost on the top of it.

Sorry, was too busy eating to post pics. It turned out great. The pics make it look a little dry but it was nice, juicy and tender. One of the better briskets I've done. Used BlackOps rub and then sprayed it with a beer based mop every couple of hours. The meat from the point was like melted butter. Going to chop that up today and do some burnt ends tonight. Hopefully that will still work a day later.
