Default Ribs for 100-125 ppl

I have a catering event for about 100-125 people they have asked for ribs(BABY BACKS) but I am unsure how many slabs we are talking about. Can someone help me with this ?

I'd ask them how many bones they want per person, or someone's gonna be disappointed.
3 bones each puts you around 30 racks, but I bet that's not near enough.

Good advise. Let them tell you. I did BB's yesterday. The son-in-law ate 6 bones. I ate 4. The ladies ate at least 3 each.

I'd guess about 50 racks.

Are there any sides?
Depending on size of baby backs (I use 24's) you can cut into 3rds and you can probably get away with 50 racks.

figure 10 bones per rack(you cant count the ends for catering, although you do add them in. Some folks like the crispy ribs).

at 10 bones per rack with ONE other protein figure 4 bones per person. Some will have 2, others will still take 6.

2 other meats, 3 per person
3 other meats, down to 2.

Break it down and do the math. YMMV..
