Chili for 400 people
I have an event for 400 people.
Menu Ribs Chili Beans Coleslaw Mashed potatoes Dinner buns I am looking for advice on a chili for 400?

I'll take a stab at this but want to clarify up front I have no knowledge from experience but I'd say about 25-31 gallons if you figure 10oz per person it equates to 31.25 gallons.

We did an event for approx 400 last year (our guess was 375 showed) and went through 24 gallons of chili. We also served pulled chicken sandwiches, slaw, potato salad, and cornbread.
