Default Left over chuckie

Well, I had some leftover chuckie from this cook: http://www.bbq-brethren.com/forum/sh...d.php?t=208889

What to make?

Okay, I'll add a few things;

And I'll whip up some Chili! Now for all the "chili purists" here, we may be talking bean soup. My frame of reference is the fact that I was raised with Nalley's canned chili. Anyway, call it what you will, I'll just call it tasty. A little cornbread and a salad and we had a good dinner.

Thanks for looking all!

Keep on Qing,

KC

Looks great. I like cheese and onion on my chili also - and a bit of sour cream!
