Chicken cordon bleu burger
Used my new burger stuffer. Ground up a chicken breast and stuffed with ham, swiss cheese, jalapenos and honey mustard. Also added some meat church pecan rub.

This is a big green egg version. I really liked it, worked well. I had a different one before no where near as good.
Tomorrow I will be stuffing some Italian sausage. Using a recipe from this site for sausage bites. |
