Default 3 layers in the drum

Last week I decided I could do a big cook in my UDS. I had a day off on monday and the weather was great so here s the meal:

mashed sweet potatoes cooked in my new dutch oven directly above the coal basket, some goulash in a half sized hotel pan on top of the dutch oven and 2 small butts on the normal grate.
After the sweet potatoes cooked for about 2 hours I took them out, wiped the dutch oven out and cooked some chilli in it.

Enough said, here are some pictures

Bang up job on all of that !!!

Nice job on time, placement, fire mgmt., etc. !!!!

is that crosspiece in there a hanger bar?

Next time hang some ribs or a beef roast too (just a suggestion !!!)

Thanks everyone.
That crosspiece isn't a hanger bar, I'm using an adjustable shelf system for the racks and that's one of the three rackholders.

Special thanks to you Jeanie for making me buy dutch oven, I already love that thing
