Default Tenderloin with Badia Mojo & Sazon Tropical

I recently ordered some Badia Mojo Marinade & some Sazon Tropical after seeing some chops from Bretheren dwfisk in this thread:

http://www.bbq-brethren.com/forum/sh...d.php?t=207419

While I originally thought I may like it, the bright orange caught my attention as a way to surprise my six yr old son. After tasting the tenderloin, the surprise is on me. This was very flavorful and not overpowering as the coloring might suggest. Another tool in the toolbox...

A simple meal of the tenderloin with roasted carrots & cauliflower and a salad. The tenderloin carried this meal easily...

I love the Badia mojo on pork and every once in a while tuna, I also tried the Goya and hated it.

Wild looking stuff....something about that orange just really gets it !!!

I like tandoori mix which looks a lot like that also....a bit spicier though....

Nice cookup !!!

Really nice Mike. I've used it on chicken for a while now but just started branchimg out with pork. Great idea on the tenderloins, gonna have to give that a go

The only downside I've found so far is the color will mark you pretty good if you handle the food after seasoning or cooking. I made some wings seasoned with the Sazon and a sriracha/honey glaze; my fingers had that bright color for a day or two
