Anyone ever smoke some turkey legs before? Got it in my head after seeing them at the game today. My questions to those who have done it are, what goes on them while you smoke them, and for how long. Hope to do them this upcoming weekend. Will let you guys know how it turns out.

You are looking for a internal temp. of 160. The next question is weather to brine or not. This were not brined, but were pretty moist. Next time, I will brine. The rub is your choice, of favorite poultry rub. IMO, I think John Henry's Summer Peach Rub goes well. They were done on the UDS and sprayed with AJ, during the last 30 minutes or so. Good Luck.
