Babybacks on Big Green Egg with Adjustable Rig *PRON*
Picked the the adjustable rig for my Big Green Egg and tried it out for the first time today. I really like it. Took some pics, thought I would share.
Used SM Cherry and Sweet Seduction Looks as if I didn't apply much... but I did On the Egg we go... Smokin Rotated racks at 1.5 hours Hit them with some sauce near the end. Some of the best ribs I've had |

The adjustable rig is bad ass. You can go 3 cooking grates right?
Excellent color on the ribs.
