Default Babybacks on Big Green Egg with Adjustable Rig *PRON*

Picked the the adjustable rig for my Big Green Egg and tried it out for the first time today. I really like it. Took some pics, thought I would share.

Used SM Cherry and Sweet Seduction

Looks as if I didn't apply much... but I did

On the Egg we go...

Smokin

Rotated racks at 1.5 hours

Hit them with some sauce near the end. Some of the best ribs I've had

The adjustable rig is bad ass. You can go 3 cooking grates right?

Excellent color on the ribs.
