Howdy all -
I've been pretty passionate about BBQ and smoking food for a few years now. I have tons of books and have been the "family cook" all along, so this seems like a natural extension for me.
Most of my experience with smoking has been with a WSM, but I have recently added a Big Steel Keg to the mix and have been getting some awesome results from it in the last few weeks.
There is WAY too much information here for me to digest quickly, but I would like to say thanks for the forum and I look forward to learning and interacting a lot going forward! :clap2:
