Default Grilling on the cheap

First time posting out of the Cattle Call so thought I'd show off todays efforts, ignore the poor pics.

Tonight we have top sirloin from a local meat market, seasoned with thyme, basil, garlic salt , salt & pepper, with a dab of olive oil, topped with an aged Gouda and corn on the cob served with Matchbook wine.

pardon the size, not sure why the pix are so big...

Try rubbing that corn on the cob with olive oil and then sprinkling some S & P on it before smoking! It really cranks up the sides! Good looking steaks
