Grilling on the cheap
First time posting out of the Cattle Call so thought I'd show off todays efforts, ignore the poor pics.
Tonight we have top sirloin from a local meat market, seasoned with thyme, basil, garlic salt , salt & pepper, with a dab of olive oil, topped with an aged Gouda and corn on the cob served with Matchbook wine. IMG_1232.jpg pardon the size, not sure why the pix are so big...

Try rubbing that corn on the cob with olive oil and then sprinkling some S & P on it before smoking! It really cranks up the sides! Good looking steaks
