I'm going to try and make it as well. I believe that it's open to the public from 10-5 on Saturday - is that right?

I haven't been to one before, but is it safe to assume that some of the competitors will be selling their product during the "open to the public" time?
 
I was planning on it but couldn't get off call duty that weekend for it but I'll be there Saturday to see everybody.
 
Swamp Boys are in, trying again to break down the Smokin' Crack House dynasty.
We will be vending, and drinking FBJ's beer as well.
Steak dinner's on me Friday night. :mrgreen:

It won't work... that plan has been tried several times. Just ask Big Daddy!!!

Rub is a tried and true Gator, can drink with the best of 'em, cook all night, and still look OK as he makes the walk to pick up the check!!!

Lol, it's not easy being a Gator. I'm not sure about how I look at Saturday awards though! :icon_sleepy

And FBJ, my brisket smoker has a locking door latch :cool:

Barbeque Crew will be there. Like Kevin said Jimmy your tuff enough by yourself. Man this is going to be a really tuff contest with the field I've seen.
