Default First rack of ribs on ok one

IMG_4629.jpg

These were the first racks I've smoked on my ok joe. Dry brined two hours before they went on, hit with a simple rub using mostly brown sugar and a few simple spices. Post is mostly to check my ability to attach a photo. Can folks see the ribs?

Thanks for the kind words, I appreciate it. I've seen all three of y'all around the forum and I'm grateful you took the time for a forum newbie. Badger I really like the look of your custom built rig and that beautiful wood pile. Cowgirl I fell down a rabbit hole and found your pull bread recipe. I'm a sucker for bread and yours looks outstanding. Shadow Diver I've enjoyed your thoughtful and encouraging words and advice to others.
