Hey St. Louis Brethren...

And all points inbetween. Y'all have one of the best Sausage makers on this side of the Atlantic local!


We went up for Son in Law and Grandbaby's Birthday celebration. This place is the Real Deal as I know from going to Frankfurt while in the USAF.



This time we went with Cheddar and Bacon Brats, Hungarian Sausage and 100% Beef Franks for the Grandbaby. Brought the hungs home to Sous Vive then char on the grill.
