Default Smokey Joe bad arse sirloin and Cajun noodles

Went to my favorite store HEB! Snagged me a super awesome natural angus sirloin 1.34 lbs and some super bad ass Cajun noodles. Best smokey joe steak I have ever cooked. Burned down some pecan chunks to coals and once tue flames calmed down it was time to grill!!!!!!!

Nothing like the smell of Texas pecan wood wafting in the wind. Pecan wood is heavenly for beef

Perfect med. rare boy!

Gotta sop up some of them beef juices with the noodles and very skillful knife and fork work after a bottle of barefoot. My wife's dish was slightly smaller but definitely not as tasty as mine. She likes her steaks med-MW.

Good looking steak... I haven't had a sirloin for a while and this just gave me the motivation!

That looks great! Very appealing. As in mouth watering appealing. As in can you email me a slice or two? I'd also like to hear about the Cajun noodles. Do they come in a box with a seasoning mix?

Looks great! Bet that Pecan wood put a nice touch on those steaks.

Just some knorr garlic & herb noodles that I add 1 bay leaf to the water, 1tbs butter, some Cajun seasoning and cook till it thickens, then sprinkle a little more Cajun seasoning over the noodles. My dad brings me a few bags of seasoning back every time he comes bak from abbeville, Louisianna. This seasoning has won me three 1sts so far this year on Cajun category at cookoffs in our area. We cook a Cajun ribeye with crawfish and shrimp pontchartrain
